“How Islam and Sharia Violates the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence, the Imminent Threat it Poses to American Sovereignty and Why it Should be Permanently Banned from The United States of America”
In a speech before the UN General Assembly, our usurper-in-chief, Barack Hussein Obama, continued to perpetuate the lie that a mysterious 11-minute video mocking the prophet Muhammad, a video I might add that nobody seems to have seen except for apparently every Muslim in the Islamic world, was the sole reason for the terrorist attack on the American embassy in Libya and so-called spontaneous eruption of anti-American hatred across the region.
Really? Just how stupid does Obama think the American people are? Especially when the intelligence community and Libya’s president himself reiterated again yesterday that it was a well-planned, orchestrated act of terrorism.
But see, Obama’s stuck between a rock and a hard place. He has no choice but to perpetuate the lie, otherwise Hillary, Susan Rice and the entire State Department would have egg on its face. So to spare them the humiliation and embarrassment of being chastised by the American people for concocting a bogus story around this alleged video trailer being the impetus for the murdering of innocent Americans, he chose to perpetuate the boldface lie. Hell, why not? He’s been getting away with it from his very first day in office.
If Obama can usurp the Constitution with impunity no less, and pass unwanted legislation through executive orders, surely he can lie about why innocent Americans lost their lives in a supposed allied country? This terrorist sympathizing, constitution-killing Teflon-coated usurper-in-chief is accountable to no one, no one that is except for kings and sheiks of oil producing Islamic countries.
I’m a little surprised that we didn’t see Obama recite his allegiance to the UN flag while he stood in front of that green marble. It would go something like this:
“I, Barack Obama, pledge allegiance to the flag of the United Global Order, and to the theocracy for which it stands, one world, under Allah, with tyranny and oppression for all.”
Come on! Is there any doubt in anyone’s mind who this man’s allegiance is to? It damn sure isn’t the United States. Hell, if it weren’t for the Second Amendment, we would have already long been under the subjugation of this socialist despot.
The American embassy in Libya was attacked for one reason: because Islam and terrorism is gaining strength in the face of Obama’s weakness. They’re emboldened by his tolerance for tyranny and oppression and his unwillingness to retaliate. They murder Americans, Christians and even their own innocent countrymen, and what does he do? He buys advertising on Pakistani TV to apologize to a suspect allied country for allegedly being insulted by a You Tube video.
It’s quite the propagandist ruse you put on Obama, but we’re not buying it. And more to the point, they didn’t buy it either. Islam will continue its quest for a worldwide caliphate so as long as we have a spineless Commander-in-Chief who cowers to them day in day out.
I was originally going to continue my previous show and share some shocking statistics about our debt and addiction to entitlements, but in light of Obama’s horrendous appeasement speech to the UN, I’ll talk about the debt and entitlements on my next show and instead give you some cold hard facts about Islam and Sharia Law, and why I believe Islam should not only NOT have Constitutional protection, but be banned from the United States altogether.
Remember that our most formidable weapon—at least at this stage in a global war of competing politics, ideologies and religions—is still our First Amendment “Freedom of Speech.”
It is our blood-bought duty and responsibility to embrace and exercise our most coveted Constitutional right . . . a right divinely inspired and handed down to us by our founding forefathers and protected by the shed blood of previous generations of patriotic Americans.
Lest we forget what Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is only a generation away from extinction.”
Our enemies, both foreign and domestic, are trampling on every American ideals and principle we ever cherished. And unless we, the American people, find a unified purpose that transcends our petty political differences and gives birth to a galvanizing spirit of patriotism, I shudder to visualize what our country will look like even just 20 years from now.
With the presidential race now squarely focused on the economy, Islam and Sharia Law continues to creep into every aspect of American culture. And too few people are doing anything about it. And why is that? Because Americans have been conditioned by the liberal elites to be tolerant and compassionate, and to embrace multiculturalism and respect each other’s faiths as Obama so eloquently stated in his speech to the UN. There’s just one problem, Islam doesn’t reciprocate that same respect or tolerate our values.
America faces a grave threat from Islam. Muslims are infiltrating our country in droves and they’re doing it under the guise of so-called “Constitutional Protection.” But in reality, they don’t have constitutional protection, in fact it’s the very opposite. I’ll explain how and why in a moment. And if we don’t stand our ground now, mark my words, like what’s happened to some countries in Europe, and especially England, it will be too late.
Muslims and their propagandist imam’s across the US are cunning, crafty and clever. They’re using our ignorance and incompetent understanding of our very own Constitution against us. They are methodically spreading their freedom-snatching tentacles in a somewhat quiet and clandestine manner.
See what most Americans fail to understand is that Sharia law is the foundation of Islamic theocracy and totalitarianism. The establishment of global Sharia law is Islam’s ultimate goal. The Quran is unequivocal in its directive to Muslims to establish a global Islamic state over which the Islamic messiah, or Mahdi, will rule with Sharia as the only law of the land. Make no mistake, that is the intent of influential Islamic elements in America.
The problem is, too few Americans are aware of it. And the ones who do are keeping their mouths shut for fear of being labeled a bigot, a racist and a fear monger. And organizations like CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood are taking full advantage of our politically correct, compassionate, embracing but woefully uninformed American citizenry.
But we have first amendment protection of freedom of speech in this country. So it begs the question: Why aren’t more Americans speaking against Islam and Sharia? In a word . . . fear. Fear of retaliation, fear of retribution, fear of ridicule and like I said, fear of being labeled a bigot, a racist or a fear-monger, one of secular humanists and uber-liberals favorite words.
Let’s get down to the brass tacks: Did you know that Islam stands in complete contradiction to our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and what the First Amendment was designed to protect—our God-given unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Sharia is extremely complex and it’s derived from multiple Islamic sources. You got the Koran, considered the “uncreated word of Allah” the primary source of Sharia law. Then you got the Hadith which is a compilation of the sayings and actions of the prophet Muhammad which makes up part of Sharia, and then there’s other historic rulings and writings over the years that make up the rest of Sharia. And together they all three constitute Islam’s theological core. And it results in a totalitarian way of life for both Muslims and non-Muslims, usually referred to as kafirs or infidels.
But here’s the thing, Sharia stands in stark contrast with American values because it enslaves people and it encourages acts of violence and barbaric behavior. It doesn’t just suggest, but it demands the death of anyone who renounces Islam. Honor killings, marital rape, female genital mutilation, and the cutting off of hands and feet are but a few of the components of Sharia.
But far be it for federal, state, and local governments to acknowledge the imminent threat. They incorrectly claim that Muslims have “Constitutional Rights” to come here, proselytize people, build mosques, and implement Shariah Law, not only in their communities, but in the public square. They claim that our Constitution renders us powerless to do anything about it. That it in fact protects Islam. Bullshit! On the contrary, the Constitution and Declaration of Independence—when properly interpreted—actually give our federal, state and local governments justification and the authority to stop Islam dead in its tracks!
How you ask? Let me explain . . .
Islam which stands for “submission” or “surrender” is NOT a religion. It’s a totalitarian political, economic, military, social and legal regime that’s on a conquest for COMPLETE WORLD DOMINANCE. That’s right, complete world dominance that not only includes the Western hemisphere, but the United States of America. We are all that stands between freedom and a world-wide Islamic caliphate. You see, Islam camouflages itself as a monotheistic religion on par with Judaism and Christianity, but unlike those two, it’s hell bent on controlling every aspect of the lives of its sheep—a primitive and barbaric life at that.
Islam masquerades as a monotheistic religion rooted in Old Testament principles, but it more appropriately follows the murderous thuggery of it’s founder, the prophet Muhammad, a descendent of Ishmael who was Abraham’s first born son of the flesh to Hagar his bondservant, not Sarah, who later gave birth to Isaac, the seed of promise if you’re familiar with the story in Genesis. And Muhammad was born, get this, 600 years after Jesus Christ.
Remember Christs’s warning in the gospel of Matthew I think it is, about false prophets and wolves in Sheep’s clothing that would appear on the scene after his crucifixion? You think Muhammad, born of the flesh, descendent of Ishmael fits that description?
In case you didn’t know, the genesis of all the fighting you see in the Middle East, particularly between the Palestinians and the Jews, goes all the way back to, well, the book of Genesis. Only, Islam’s modern day tactics now include recruiting mentally ill teenagers and gullible fools who assume they’ll be rewarded with 75 virgins if they become suicide bombers. And Western countries indoctrinated with the fallacy of multiculturalism and political correctness—to their own demise—reluctantly turned a blind eye to Islam’s sinister ploy to migrate, procreate, assimilate and then dictate whatever the hell they want. And now those countries are reaping the brutal consequences and sounding the alarm to the United States.
The question is: Will we not only listen, but take action.
Just like Communism, Marxism and Socialism, the Constitution of the United States of America empowers us to defeat it.
Our Founding documents say that our unalienable Rights come from God alone and that the purpose of civil government is to secure the Rights God gave us. Therefore Muslims cannot divest us of our rights. And exactly what are our Rights, and where do they come from? The Constitution? The Bill of Rights? The legislature? No!
The Declaration of Independence says and I quote:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
So, where do our Rights come from? God. And what are those Rights? Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Do Muslims respect the Rights God gave us? Hell No! Sharia is the antithesis to our constitution. It’s the complete opposite of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Let’s look at life. Does it revere life? No, Islam is a culture of oppression and death. It condones primitive and oppressive regulations for women; it condones murder; and it condones honor killings. The Koran instructs its followers under no uncertain terms to torture and kill non-believers.
Does it revere Liberty? No, it’s also a culture of slavery and submission. Women are forced to cover their faces and they’re frequently raped with no recourse whatsoever. Children are often molested, and defection or conversion to another belief system doesn’t usually end too well.
How about the Pursuit of Happiness? Does living in fear for a lot of Muslim women sound like the pursuit of happiness to you? Or being told when to pray, how to pray, and how many times to pray? For a lot of Muslims, Islam is a culture of torture and sadism. How many times have we already heard of young Muslim girls in America who, after dating non-Muslim boys, were shot to death or run over by their father for allegedly bringing shame to their family? Public wife beating is commonplace. Women who don’t cover their hair are beaten on the spot. They’re often gang raped (needing multiple witnesses to testify against their male aggressors), mutilated, and left with maimed faces.
Does Islam revere Freedom of Speech? Why don’t you see for yourself. Go to Saudi Arabia, one of our Arab allies, and criticize Islam in the public square. Here’s a caveat: Make sure you have an Iron man suit.
This is what you have to understand: For every Right God gave us the Muslims seek to eradicate those rights.
Lawmakers tell us Muslims have a First Amendment “Right” to build mosques, proselytize, and implement Sharia in the US. But that is not what the First Amendment says.
The first amendment says, and I quote . . .
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” End quote.
Now I want you to consider that verbiage very carefully. A lot of lawmakers and most Americans make the eisegetical error, that’s where you read something into the text that isn’t there usually in an attempt to justify our own presuppositions, that the First Amendment grants us rights. The First Amendment doesn’t grant any rights to anybody. All it does is prohibit Congress from making laws about religion, speech, the press, or assembly.
Therefore, Muslims do not have a First Amendment “Right” to build mosques, proselytize, and implement Sharia in the United States. If that were the case, we’d have to give the same right to Nazism, Communism and Fascism. But here is where it gets even more bizarre, not only do Muslims claim the “right” to impose Sharia in Muslim communities, they also claim the “right” to impose Sharia law in the public square. How you ask? They demand Sharia compliant financial institutions, they demand footbaths in public places, and they demand that wine, sausage and a host of other foods they find offensive be completely banned from their sight. Hell, they even demand that they be allowed to shut down public streets for “prayers.” Try that one as a Christian.
So the question that we should all be asking is: Do Americans have any Constitutional protection against the invasion of an anti-American regime and it’s foreign law being foisted upon us? You bet your ass we do! It’s called the United States Constitution.
Article VI, Clause 2 states, and I quote . . .
“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.”
Did you get that? Our Constitution and Laws are authorized by the Supreme Law of this Land.
The practice of Sharia in the United States, at any level, directly violates our Constitution. So Muslims who therefore seek to overthrow our Constitution or otherwise circumvent it with Sharia law are guilty of Criminal Sedition. And because of that, The federal government has the duty to prosecute them for sedition, or at a bare minimum, repatriate or deport them.
They don’t love America; they don’t embrace American ideals and principles, and they damn sure don’t respect America. They’re here for one reason. To migrate, assimilate and dictate their barbaric and stone-aged way of life. They know that America is all that stands between freedom and a worldwide Islamic caliphate. And to add insult to injury, we’re assisting them in our own demise, both by feeding the hand that bites us through food stamps and Medicaid. And by the fact that members of the Muslim Brotherhood are even in Obama’s Administration.
As Marcus Cicero, the first century Roman orator warned, and I quote:
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.” End quote.
Brigitte Gabriel, the founder of Act! for America, an advocacy group established “to promote America’s national security and the defense of American democratic values against the assault of radical Islam,” emphasizes that voters must establish that the U.S. Constitution is the controlling law of the land. She says, and I quote “We are trying to warn Americans to look at what’s happening in Europe. If Europe is any preview, we need to make sure we put up the barriers right now,” end quote.
The Declaration of Independence says the purpose of civil government is to secure the Rights God gave us. Islam seeks to take away our God-given Rights. Civil government is supposed to protect us from enemies, foreign and domestic, who seek to divest us of our Rights. Therefore it’s incumbent on every American citizen to insist that our federal, state, and local governments immediately STOP the Islamization of OUR COUNTRY—starting with an immediate cease and desist on the construction of all mosques! The purpose of our civil government is to protect our GOD-given Rights, not circumvent them in favor of an Islamic caliphate.
Let me be perfectly clear. Traditional Islam is not a friend of America. It is our enemy. The very notion of “Chrislam”—an amalgamation of Christianity and Islam—being promoted by such notable Christian celebrities as Rick Warren is not only an abomination, it’s a joke. It’s anti-American, and antithetical to the Christian principles upon which our nation was founded. It is imperative that we understand the inherent danger of multiculturalism and the attempt to amalgamate polarizing religions. It doesn’t work. It never has and it never will.
Most State Senators and Congressmen are completely oblivious to the imminent threat that Islam and Sharia pose to the sovereignty of our nation. They better get informed fast and embrace the fight to stop the spread of mosques and Sharia at the local level. The Center for Security Policy issued a report last year entitled: “Shariah: The Threat to America.” If you haven’t read it, do so. Demand that your local and state reps read it and take immediate action to defend your community from Islamization.
If you’re wondering what life will be like when your community is saturated with Sharia Muslims, listen to my radio show on March 21st of last year with Tommy Robinson the leader of the EDL (English Defence League) in England. Since that time, he was nearly murdered and has multiple death threats against him, his wife and children for having the guts to exercise his God-given unalienable Rights and speak out against Islam and Sharia Law.
Europe, in the interest of multiculturalism and political correctness, made a grave error. And now they are hopeless to reverse it, especially in England, unless they want a bloody religious war on their hands. An entire country, even with it’s parliamentary government in tact, is now at the mercy of Muhammad and his warriors of death and submission.
We can’t afford to make that same mistake. It’s too late in places like Dearborn, Michigan and certain communities around LA, New York, Chicago, San Fran, Detroit, D.C., Philadelphia and Atlanta. The number of mosques and Islamic community centers in the United States is estimated at over 2100 and growing like a religious pandemic. To add further insult to injury, that number has doubled since Muslims attacked us on 9/11. What a disgrace and absolute insult to 3,000 innocent Americans and their families.
Don’t be fooled. We are at war with a very evil and patient enemy, both an ideological enemy and a physical one. An enemy that seeks to destroy everything that is good about the United States of America; Everything we value; Everything we cherish, Everything our forefathers and successive generations of Americans fought and died for so that we could receive the torch of freedom. We owe it to them to pass it on to our children and grandchildren.
This is our moment. Carpe Diem! Let’s boldly stand up for our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, and our blood-bought Freedom! Exercise your God-given unalienable Rights and say “Yes to Freedom!” and “No to Islam!”
