Constitutional Scholar, Michael R. Connelly Warns of the Implications of the “National Defenses Resources Preparation” Executive Order & Expounds on the Dire Future for American Citizens if Obama is Re-Elected – “Catch Kevin” April 10, 2012
Listen below to leading conservative and Constitutional scholar and Law professor, Michael Connelly as he dissects the recently enacted National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and explains why it’s the most dangerous legislation adopted by Congress yet.
Moreover, Michael will discuss the implications of the Executive Order entitled “National Defenses Resources Preparation” signed by President Obama on March 16, 2012. It appears at first glance to be just the reissuing of an order signed by previous Presidents during wartime or when war seemed imminent. It is designed to provide for the efficient allocation of critical resources needed by the military. It is claimed that this order is no different from previous orders and just puts new agencies into the mix such as the Department of Homeland Security. But as Michael will explain, it’s another power grab by Obama that usurps the Constitution and puts him in total control of energy production and the allocation of food, water, and other resources.
Michael is one of the brightest conservative minds in the country. A graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence School and LSU Law School, he is a renowned Constitutional attorney who has argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a Constitutional Law Instructor and highly sought after media guest. Michael is currently working with the U.S. Justice Foundation contesting the validity of the Health Care Reform Bill and is engaged in defending Arizona’s controversial Immigration Law.
